HOW TO TRACK

Four steps,
from logging in to receiving your order.

Log in to your accountUse the same phone number or email you ordered with. No account yet? Register once and all future orders will be saved.
Open OrdersGo to Account → Orders; the list is sorted by order date, with order numbers and totals.
View order detailsClick an order number to see the products, delivery address and current status. If the order has been handed to a shipping partner, the tracking number is in the order notes.
Check on deliveryMatch the order number on the delivery slip with the one in your account, and check quantities and expiry dates before paying.

STATUS GUIDE

Where your order is.

Status	What it means
Pending	Order received, awaiting confirmation from the sales team.
Processing	Order confirmed; goods are being prepared or awaiting a roast batch.
Shipping	Goods have left the warehouse and are on the way to the delivery address.
Completed	You have received all items and the order is settled.
Cancelled	Order stopped at your request, or because we couldn't reach you to confirm.

WHEN DETAILS DON'T MATCH

Keep the delivery slip,
then call with your order number.

If an order status stays unchanged for unusually long, the delivery address is wrong, or items are missing from the order: keep the delivery slip and call the hotline with your order number.

SCHEDULED ORDERS FOR CAFÉS

Set the schedule once, goods arrive on time.

Cafés ordering weekly or monthly should set a fixed delivery schedule instead of placing one-off orders — goods always arrive on the right day, and you never run out of coffee midweek.
