GIA LAI 2026
Seven stops across one Central Highlands province — and seven coffee tins named after those exact places.
Start the journey ↓
This collection was born in 2026 — the year Gia Lai came into its own, and the year we completed our high-grade green bean processing chain right in the growing region.
So we laid them out not as a product page but as a route: from the volcano north of Pleiku, around the Sê San river, east to the old forest of Kbang, closing at the lake in the middle of the city.
The artwork on each tin is design inspiration from Gia Lai’s landscapes, not an origin marker. All seven lots come from Gia Lai; what differs is the processing method.
RAW MATERIAL REGION
The bean starts here.
Photographed at the farms and mill in Gia Lai — the same steps described in the six links below.
-
Central Highlands coffee garden — branches heavy with cherry -
Cherries still green, not yet ready to pick -
Selected ripe cherries on the drying yard -
Beans drying on mesh racks -
Four roast levels of the same lot
A YEAR OF MOMENTUM
One of the defining stages in building a coffee supply chain that is strong, complete and self-contained — right here in Gia Lai.
High-grade green beans handled entirely within the province — from the farm through to hulling and grading.
THE DEFINING STAGE · 2026
One chain,
closed end to end.
Closed means no link has to be sent elsewhere to be done for us. All six steps below sit inside Gia Lai — and 2026 is the year the fifth one was completed.
