- Setup at the venueThe technical team arrives before doors open to build the bar, calibrate the machines and run a test with the exact coffee being served.
- Service and pack-downBaristas serve for the agreed duration, then clear the space and hand it back.

How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the safer, especially in wedding season and at year end. For events under 200 guests True Cafe can still take short notice if a bar is free — call the hotline to check availability.
How many guests can one bar serve?
It depends on service duration and bar configuration. During the survey we work from guest count, programme length and menu size to fix the number of bars and baristas, so guests are not left queueing.
Do you serve outdoors, or where there is no power and water?
Yes. The technical team surveys first to arrange power, water and bar footprint. For outdoor venues, shelter and bar layout are included in the setup plan.
How is the cost calculated?
By number of bars, baristas, service duration, menu and travel distance. There is no single price for every event — the quote follows a survey of your specific needs.
Can our branding be printed on the bar and cups?
Yes. Bar, cups and items can carry the organiser’s or a sponsor’s identity, agreed at the planning stage.
