What is the minimum volume to get wholesale pricing?
It depends on the coffee type and how often you order. Businesses that buy weekly still qualify — what matters to us is consistency rather than the size of a single order. Call the hotline and we will assess your case.
Does the wholesale price include VAT?
No. Wholesale is quoted excluding VAT, and wholesale orders receive a separate VAT invoice. Prices listed on the website are retail, VAT included.
Can I switch coffee types between deliveries?
Yes. When you switch, the recipe on your machine needs recalibrating so the taste does not drift — our technical team handles that for you.
Do you deliver outside the city?
Yes. Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces are delivered directly; distant provinces ship via our logistics partners.
How do I get samples?
