This page explains how to order roasted coffee and café supplies on truecafe.vn. If you're a café owner buying in bulk, see the Wholesale orders for cafés section at the bottom of the page.
Four steps,
all done on the website.
- Choose productsGo to Shop and choose the coffee and pack size that suit your brewing method — phin filter, espresso machine or cold brew. Every product lists its flavor profile and brewing suggestions.
- Add to cartClick “Add to cart”, then keep shopping if you like. The cart shows a subtotal for each line.
- Enter delivery detailsEnter your name, phone number and address by Province/City — District — Ward/Commune. Your phone number is the main contact channel for delivery, so please double-check it.
- Confirm your orderReview the product list and total, then place your order. It's recorded immediately and you'll receive a confirmation notice.
Pay on delivery, delivered to your door.

| Payment | Cash on delivery (COD) — pay the courier once you receive your full order. |
| Other methods | Bank transfer or periodic credit terms for wholesale orders: call the hotline for details. |
| Shipping | Door-to-door delivery to the address on the order. |
| Processing order | In order received. Batch-roasted goods will get a call to confirm the delivery schedule before dispatch. |
| On delivery | Check the packaging and the expiry date printed on the bag before paying. |

Cafés buying in volume
get their own price list.
Prices listed on the website are retail prices including VAT. Cafés, dealers and outlets buying in volume get a separate wholesale price list, quoted excluding VAT with itemized invoices.
